All explosives to be readied with an outer ring of steel facing the island, armed gunboats patrolling our waters, with fighter jets and Apache helicopter controlling the no fly zone. All military personnel on a strict 6 hourly rotation and with no exceptions. All military personnel will watch the horrific, harrowing video from the shopping mall, plus the footage our brave volunteers decent down into the depths. No one can be under any illusions about this black army of pure evil we face, every single person MUST do their duty. I must reiterate the use of armed deadly force is authorised, anyone .. man, woman or child trying to leave the quarantined zone will be shot on sight and their bodies to be incinerated where they stand” ....

“Colonel, the cover story is that the DEADLY human bird flu has leaked out of containment and infected most of Manhattans population. Anyone with the following symptoms must self-isolate immediately for 7 days, a sore throat, runny nose, a cough, feeling tired, aches and pains, a fever. With covid 19 still prevalent in the world most people are used to isolating, hopefully everyone will follow the guidance and stay at home. Once you have informed me Colonel that the quarantine zone is in place, I will make ready my broadcast, a presidential address to the nation explaining the dire situation we all find ourselves in. I will order everyone to stay home, all non-essentially businesses to be closed immediately, all aircrafts grounded, all subway and trains terminals closed. All transportation, driving or walking off the island to be suspended with immediate effect. For the next 7 days the island of Manhattan will be in full quarantine, everyone must listen to our quarantine Marshalls on the ground they are there to help. I will also announce that hundreds of people have already died in the old quarantine zone and the survivors experiencing horrific hallucinations. The talk of terrifying spiders quickly being dismissed as the babblings of a delirious sick person .... we need time Colonel, we will have the island completely contained. We don’t need millions of scared people stampeding the border causing absolute chaos trying to leave .. one more thing Colonel.
